Cost : $50 (Cash Only) - Due on the day of Session with a receipt as proof of payment.
Where : Pymatuning State Park (Jamestown, Pa). Exact Park location to be announced.
When : SUNDAY, October 11th. In the event of bad weather a makeup date will be rescheduled at a later time. Clouds, wind, light sprinkles aren’t a problem and I usually go ahead in this case.
Times : 4pm-7pm
What’s included:
- 45 minute session
- 1 outfit permitted
- 8 Digital Images (color and b&w)
- All 16 digital edits included as digital downloads
- Photo Print Release for printing rights
- Personalized Online viewing gallery
By signing this contract, you are agreeing to the following:
- If the weather is torrential and we cannot shoot, the session will be rescheduled. Clouds, wind, light sprinkles aren’t a problem and I usually go ahead in this case.
- Photographs taken by Free Form Photo may be used for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, website or any publication to promote my business.
- At no time shall any of my work be re-edited and/or altered. This is a breech of copyright and illegal. FINAL Online Galleries and Photos may be shared online. Please be sure to give Free Form Photo credit and mention.
- I do not offer free or discounted re-shoots on the basis of client regret over wardrobe choice, location choice, etc.
This is a NEW method I am trying out to better accommodate my clients and this can be done from your home (on your computer and/or phone). Clients will receive a link to a private online proofing gallery within 3 days after their session and clients get to personally choose the 8 images that they would like. These are still the ORIGINAL/RAW/NEGATIVES with a few necessary and basic cropping/exposure adjustments. These files ARE NOT available to purchase or download and as the Artist, I respectfully request that these images are not shared and/or screenshot as this does not represent the true quality of my work. Failure to comply with this request will result in termination of any future work with Free Form Photo.
THE FINISHED PRODUCT
Once you have chosen your images I will remove the proofing gallery and discard the files that were not selected. From there I will make the final touch ups/editing in both color and b&w. You will be provided with an additional link to an online gallery where you may share and digitally download your photos and print release. These are also the images that will be included on your CD if you choose this alternative option.
- Upon viewing samples of my work, you have decided to invest in my services to photograph you and your family because you are confident that I can give you results in which you will cherish.
- CAPTURE AND DELIVERY : Free Form Photo is not liable to deliver every image taken at the session. Not every image taken turns out, so the determination of images delivered to the CLIENT is left to the discretion of the Photographer. As an artist, I reserve the right to artistically choose the images and interpret what I see and in what ways I choose to photograph a scene for the final product. This is my interpretation and vision as an artist
- CDs and Galleries will be ready for pickups, downloads, and mail outs within 2 weeks after your scheduled session.
